What I hope to accomplish in the first six months with the company
FIRST TWO WEEKS

Besides all of the operational tasks to complete, this is a time period of embedding myself smoothly into the workflow of the team, learning the detailed goals of the company, and how I am as the Creative Producer specifically expected to contribute to those goals.
TWO MONTHS IN
Establishing a foundation
After initially introducing myself to all the stakeholders including the team, and the community of business mavericks, it will be important for me to provide a clear understanding of my role for each party and how I can support them as a bridge for the various components of Blueprint. This will include building a network connecting founders with creatives and other resources while showcasing the impact of those connections developed through a report given to investors.
FOUR MONTHS IN
External connections
By this point I would have internally created a system of collaboration for the invested companies and their leaders, allowing space to build relationships with the industry-heavy hitters for conferences, media, and institution support.
SIX MONTHS IN
Planning first major event
Creating an experience full of excitement, encouragement, and connection for the founders, mentors, creatives, and others as we begin this journey of enterprise. Spearheading what can become an annual think tank retreat to maintain the relationships, motivation, and pioneering as a community.
